How to protect your penis from dying!

There is an undeniable harsh fact that your penis is affected by age. As the years go by, the penis will weaken, feel less and shrink in size. But fortunately, you can protect your penis from the effects of aging by following some effective steps and methods to protect the penis from the effects of aging, and these methods include the following:

1- Get rid of pubic hair

When a man slows his beard, it gives him an older age and makes him look more experienced. If you have a childish face, you can extend your beard to get an attractive, masculine look, but this is not the case with the penis, as getting rid of pubic hair gives your penis a more youthful appearance, not only that, but you will feel that it has become bigger if you are interested in this matter.

After removing the pubic hair, you can apply a moisturizer to the skin; this will make your skin look younger. And Dr Joshua Zeichner, director of cosmetic research in the Department of Dermatology at Mount Sinai Hospital, advises using light lotions instead of heavy creams or ointments that may make your skin more vulnerable to the growth of germs or fungi.

2- Overcome erectile dysfunction

You can take sildenafil, the active ingredient in Viagra tablets, before having sex to get rid of the symptoms of erectile dysfunction. A 2004 study by the American Urological Association indicates that taking a daily dose of sildenafil long-term may restore the erection as before - even after stopping treatment. The researchers divided the men who were suffering from ED into 3 groups, the first group was taking 50 milligrams of Viagra at bedtime, while the second group got 50-100 milligrams of Viagra when they needed it, and the third group did not get any Therapy.

And after a year, the participants spent nearly a month without taking Viagra, and the results indicated that about 60% of men in the first group had a normal erection, while there were about 10% of men in the second group (who took Viagra when needed) they have shown a normal return to the erection. Although sildenafil is not prescribed for penile maintenance, it helps to overcome erectile dysfunction, as doe’s tadalafil (the active ingredient in Cialis tablets), which helps eliminate erectile dysfunction.

Seth Cohen, an urologist at New York University, says that men get 5 or 6 erections per night, adding that each erection increases blood flow to the penis by up to 6 times. If the erection becomes less powerful, the reason for this is the decrease in the oxygen that the blood brings to the tissues, and over time the tissues of the penis will lose their elasticity, which makes the erection more difficult.

3- Quit smoking

If you are a smoker, not only will this increase the chance of premature death but that smoking also affects the erection and makes it weaker. A 2011 study reported some participants who were asked to watch porn while attached to a penis cavity diagram that measured changes in penis circumference and hardness. The volunteers spent the next eight weeks trying to stop smoking.

About 31% of the participants who stopped smoking showed more complete erections than what happened to them when they first connected the device, while about 75% of those who quit smoking and who had erectile dysfunction at the beginning showed a clear progression in erection at the end of the study.

The results confirm that smoking reduces the amount of oxygen that reaches the penis, which leads to loss of elasticity and erectile dysfunction. Tzfi Doron, clinical director of a health startup, adds that smoking also damages the arteries and reduces their size, which affects the amount of oxygen that reaches the penis, and also reduces the amount of nitric oxide available that contributes to erections.

4- Drink more water

Drinking an adequate amount of water daily helps the body to perform its functions to the fullest, as water is an essential part of the body's functions, including maintaining an erection.

According to a study conducted by the French physiologist Simon Thornton, a decrease in the number of red blood cells and plasma circulating in the body can lead to the occurrence of the problem in the body. Thornton points out that the lack of water and exposure to dehydration can cause this condition, so the best thing is to drink enough water every day to maintain health.

When a person becomes dehydrated, they produce more amounts of angiotensin, which is one of the hormones commonly found in men with erectile dysfunction. Doctor Michael Retano confirms that the ability to send blood to all parts of the body when needed is compromised when men are exposed to dehydration. He also confirms that the penis may be a top priority for you, but the heart, kidneys, liver and other organs necessary for survival are more important and need adequate quantities of water.

5- Get enough sleep

Lack of sleep is associated with many health problems that cause sexual problems with age. These problems include obesity, high blood pressure, diabetes and sleep apnea. One of the reasons why sleep affects your penis is that the fewer hours of sleep reduces the amount of testosterone your body produces, and this is what a 2011 study published by the Journal of the American Medical Association indicates that found that after a week of fewer hours of sleep (less than 5 hours a night) the participants' testosterone was 15% less than normal.

6- Have regular sex

A study conducted in Finland showed that having sex once a week reduces the chances of erectile dysfunction in half, compared to having sex less. The study also indicates that the more times you have sex, the better your erection.

Continuing sexual activity reduces the risk of developing erectile dysfunction, so it is best to have regular sex at least once a week.
